Lovely place, we stopped in after a long day and got a coffee and my partner accidentally knocked hers all over herself and the floor. They were really understanding and gave us a new one for free. They didn't need to but they did.
This is our local and all the staff are very polite and friendly helpful staff. Place is clean and very tidy.

Very quick and nice staff. Sitting area nice and comfortable with some music in the background. Overall nice and relaxing inside. Highly recommended
All the usual Costa coffee products available here. Ample seating available inside and out. The cakes all tasted fresh and not dried out like some other coffee shops. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. One of the better Costa stores I've visited.
We love this costa we come everyday staff always smile and always polite and chatty and courteous that is why we return much better atmosphere than the other 2 in the centre of carlisle which are the complete opposite, Becky and Amy are always smiling we highly recommend this osta coffee house for a relaxed atmosphere
